Ham Dynamite Roll

INGREDIENTS
- 4 milk buns, halved
- 500g cooked ham, thinly sliced
- 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 head of cos lettuce, leaves picked
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup beetroot relish

METHOD
- Heat a medium nonstick pan over a medium to high heat. Toast the milk buns until golden and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl place the sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise and mix until combined.
- To assemble the dynamite roll, spoon the beetroot relish onto the bottom bun to taste. Layer with the cooked ham, lettuce, and avocado. Spoon the mayo onto the bun lid and place on top.
